Music Submissions for “A Christmas by the Lake Volume IV” CD Sought

Duluth, MN……..With the Fall season clearly taking hold on the Northland the holidays are not all that far behind. Again, this holiday season, Lundeen Productions-ShowPro will release a CD filled with holiday music recorded by local and regional musical talents. The CD, titled “A Christmas by the Lake-Volume IV” will be released the week of November 15th. All proceeds from the CD will directly benefit the Northern Lights Foundation, a Non Profit organization that helps regional families of children with life threatening illnesses.
“This is a fun project for us and the musicians that contribute the music on the CD. We all donate our time and talent as we know the money is going to help a child or his/her family through a very tough time. This makes it all wonderfully worthwhile” said Tracy Lundeen, Executive Producer and project creator. Last year’s CD included 17 songs. The artists included were: Sound of Strings Ensemble, Just Friends, Denfeld High Schools Solid Gold, Chris Allen, the Jim Melde Big Band, Duluth East H.S. Choralaires, Thomas Cawcutt, Sr., Ripple Effect, Two Harbors High School Jazz Ensemble, Park Avenue and Hermantown High School Vocal Point.

Musicians interested in submitting music for consideration to be on the CD can contact Lundeen at: talundeen@clearwire.net or 218-727-1177. Anyone can submit music for consideration. “We are open to all varieties of music so long as it is holiday music” said Lundeen
